In July 2014, "養粹糖" (Yang Cui Tang) was established in Taiwan focusing on selecting and producing high-quality black sugar products.
People are increasingly concerned about food quality, which has motivated us to ensure that both domestic and international consumers can enjoy natural and healthy food products. We support Taiwanese artisans dedicated to making handmade black sugar for years and sharing a similar philosophy of returning to natural and coarse dietary habits.
The conserva octopus stew, like the cod stew, also honors the Portuguese gastronomic tradition. It takes simple ingredients, such as tomato, onion and garlic, but together they provide a unique flavor to this product.
