As food safety becomes a growing concern, Yang Cui Tang was inspired and determined to create products that allow consumers, both locally and internationally, to enjoy natural and healthy foods.

 

By chance, the founder met and connected with a Taiwanese food artisan who has been dedicated in crafting handmade brown sugar for many years. Sharing the same belief in "returning to natural and wholesome eating habits," they decided to collaborate and promote health-focused brown sugar products.

 

In July 2014, driven by a commitment to health and wellness, Yang Cui Tang Brown Sugar Cubes were officially launched.
